Green South Accounting is a modern and innovative accounting and advisory firm. Our business is led by Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, Gus Svenson.

We especially love working with start ups and small businesses. We work with a range of clients based in Melbourne and South Gippsland Victoria.  Our clients include major farming enterprises, plumbing businesses, builders, health & wellness service businesses, professional service firms and investment funds.  In addition to this we have many private individual and family group clients.

Our Director, Gus Svenson, grew up in South Gippsland and was educated in South Gippsland and Melbourne so he has a great understanding of clients both city and country bound. Gus gained vast experience leading tax and audit teams as a partner in a long established Collins Street Accounting Firm, prior to establishing Green South Accounting. Gus has been running small businesses himself for over 15 years and has a real passion for working with individuals and companies in this regard.

Gus has a passion for understanding client businesses and collaborating with them in a practical and hands-on approach to achieve their objectives. Gus is based in South Melbourne but stays true to his roots, running a cattle and sheep farm in South Gippsland. Appointments at our South Melbourne office are also welcomed.
